Concussion
So I have bad knees, I dislocated my right knee cap years ago so I was favouring my left leg for weeks; suffering from partial left side paralysis it did not like it so that knee cap was not liking life. So I can now relocate my knee caps if they pop out of place (at random times).
Last night I was standing up from my chair when my right knee just went “F you, I don’t like this weather outside!” I thought maybe it popped out of place so I thought I would waddle to the bathroom and relocate it. I got to the toilet took a seat and checked out my knee caps. They both seemed to be in the right place, I finished up on the throne and stood up and wow I have never felt/heard joints crack like that before.
In retrospect I should have popped my nighty night pills and went to bed, but I wanted to finish watching my show or YouTube video I had playing. I eventually did pop my nighty night pills and waddle off to bed. This morning when I woke up I was expecting my knee to have calmed down like it normally does after rough days, sadly it had not.
This morning I was going to pop my good morning pills, and accidentally dropped my sour cream on the floor. My right knee decided it wasn’t going to bend to clean the little bit of sour cream that came out so I was going to creatively bend over to clean up the mess. Big mistake I fell backwards and banged my head on the cabinet door, that is how I got the concussion but now I needed a way to stand up. I tried using my knees but that was no good. I flipped around to my back and thought I would push myself to the chairs in my foyer. This idea was a good idea as I could slide across the floor, but my knees really didn’t like the fact that there was no cushion to push off on. So I had to spin around and find a way to my bedroom.
I got to my bedroom and was able to flip over and get up onto my bed, needless to say my brain hurts more than normal and both my knees are killing me and my desire to stand. I am not having a good day.
