Rhubarb hootch

I would like to say that I am making top tear rhubarb wine, but I am not comfortable saying I am doing that as is right now with the tools I am using right now. I am currently using the tools to make high end prison rhubarb hootch. I have the right tools to do better; just not the know how as of yet, so I am interested in figuring things out until I go full scale.

I do not drink so why am I making top tear prison hootch? Vinegar! I will make vinegar from the hootch after words and I do drink vinegars though, sip would be a better word than drink.
