So this girl is really not happy with her hue setup in her home! Her (stock) hue bridge was having troubles with the lights turning on or off with any speed so she reset the hub (looks like it is working now) then looked up reasons why, the first thing she found was that Hue was taking all the data, so maybe the pihole was blocking data or something.

I really do not like my LAN data being sent off site, where who knows how safe it will be so I am forced to science the poop out of it! Or ok make a purchase of a third party zigbee adapter and use my Homebridge system to take care of all my lights. Then that way my pihole can block all the hue data from leaking and keep it local.
