So Happy!

I do all my cooking by weight rather than volume. I went to weigh something two or three days ago, but my weight scale wasn’t where I normally keep it. I thought about it and remembered sticking it into my cupboard, but it wasn’t there? My back was to sore so I gave up, I thought I remembered where I put it the following day but nope it wasn’t there, today I thought maybe it fell in the cupboard so I pulled everything off the shelf it would have been but nope. I was doing some clean up around my kitchen, I will admit my kitchen kinda sorta was/is a disaster zone. Doing some clean up I found my weight scale underneath a bunch of bags on my stove. I am so happy!

I really didn’t know I could be this happy about a kitchen utensil!
