Thankful Post 69

As discussed in My thankful post, I am thankful for my mystery refund. No to be honest I am thankful that I live in Canada where we get mystery refunds. I was talking with a friend who is an American citizen living in Canada, years ago, who was amazed at how many refunds we can get.

I was thinking it was a GST refund but thinking more about the state of the world it may have been a COVID thing disguised as a GST return? It most definitely wasn’t the $2000 CERB payment.

I got an email from my union telling me to apply for the CERB, I am going to talk to some other people before I apply but I will have to see.
