AI: I am switching services

So I have been paying for ChatGPT for a while now, I used it to proof read letters I have written, I used it to get information on things to help me better understand something from time to time, I have tried using it to help me trouble shoot issues I have with projects, and other creative things.

It was $23 something I was paying for it, it was worth the price when I get into creative, informative, or activist projects but I do not always get into those and I do not want to get into the habit of subscribing then cancelling when the project is over so it was money I was just throwing away some months. Plans need to be changed I thought about it and remembered the pi 5 has an AI hat so I got curious about running AI at home, so I looked into things turns out the hat wont do anything for the things I was looking for but there are other options.

I installed ollama on my pi 5; I would love to say it is better than chatGPT but I cannot, is it good enough? Sure maybe but I would love to get a computer with a video card and more ram so that I can run better LLMs.
