The Liberals are now in a place where they no longer have an outgoing leader but they now have a new incoming leader. This is great and all but where is Scott Moe, he is still failing the province of Saskatchewan when it looks like we will have a better PM for what Trump is doing Moe is still saying nothing believing if we just expose our bells to Trump he will let us be.
