Cleaning and My Back

So I have been working on cleaning my place for almost a week now and my back has been telling me to stop. I have been working through this pain, but this morning I woke up wishing I had a catheter, dipper, and IV my back hurt so much but I went to work cleaning my place and all I say is “F word my back hurts,” but I put some more time in cleaning as I waited for my coffee water to come to temperature. Wow I am happy I got it to averted it is but sore I hurt and popped.
