Emotional wreck

So a few days ago I came off of E and Spiro after about 3 years. Sitting around a table with some family, so I was not aroused at all, I had a little bit of masculine discharge. It was a horrible experience; my dysphoria kicked me hard, like I mean hard, in the behind.

Talking to some people in the community I hear that this is not uncommon and it will probably happen again, not fun! But at least I will be better prepared for it next time.
