So I wanna try pixelfed, not like I was into instagram before the boycott started but thought hey why not try a free, and more importantly on the fediverse, alternative now? I know instagram is “free” but you are giving your data to advertisers who will then advertise to you and it is a cycle of Capitalism, I am not a fan of it But that is besides the point. I was uploading images to Pixelfed.ca as you do, after that I thought I should add a profile picture. The silly page would not let me upload a profile pic, but I got a bunch of other pictures up, tried reformatting and everything but nope!
