I was a little squeamish

I forgot to take my power up this morning I filled the syringe then an alarm went off reminding me I needed to be places, so after my very quick shower I forgot to shoot up with oestrogen. So when I got home and ready for bed I needed to remember my shot.

While I was away in London a medical professional taught me the right place to jab my self. I had been getting it into the general right area but not at the right angle. Today I jabbed myself, I don't know if it was because it was latter then normal or if it was a new place but wow I did not like it.
