Thankful Post 139

Today I am thankful for my friends, some things have been happening today putting my anxiety off the charts. Of course those things have all happened after I chatted with my psychologist. I had a friend who was going to need a ride originally I asked if she could help me with Sarcan stuff, she agreed, but the anxiety wasn’t going to let me go there even with her so I asked her to help me with Amazon returns. My anxiety was in check after that so decided I would do Sarcan after I dropped her off at her appointment. I got to Sarcan and nearly threw up the anxiety was so bad!

I am thankful that I will be giving my friend a ride home after she is done, hopefully cool them nerves down!
