Today’s New Thing

Today I decided was the day I would move Mr. Sutherland to a new love shack. After I created a new love shack and moved the grains over I drank the old shack. It was very different, It wasn’t quite fizzy yet but I was expecting that as this one was the revival shack, but it wasn’t sweet which I was not expecting.

I was surprised that it had a yogurty taste to it. In retrospect it really shouldn’t have surprised me; as Mr. Sutherland would have turned the sweetness to tartness, the sugars to probiotics. As I said in my thankful post because I have had time to grow and mature I can’t say I would have done this in the past because of how long it took and I don’t know that I would have liked it enough to continue on with it.
