Today’s New Thing

This morning I woke up just feeling like poop, I did not have a good sleepy last night. I had no idea why I would have had such a rough night. Later in the day when my medication reminder app tried to give me information on irregular medications I realized tomorrow is Tuesday and it is my power up day. Ever since I started tracking my sleep I have been curious about the brain waves I would deal with prior to my shot. Today I got to find out, it will also be interesting to see tomorrow.

Yellow is awake. Pink is REM. Purple is light sleep. Black is deep sleep.
