Today’s New Thing

Last night I started making a sourdough starter with aquafaba. This morning my plan was to make a pancake with it but it turned out more as a bun. I managed to burn both the top and the bottom, other then that it turned out good.

I decided it was good but I know that I won’t use it enough to feed it every day; I don’t know that I will use it enough to warrant having it in the fridge where I would need to feed it weekly, I have stuck the scraping into the freezer. Some time in the future I will find out if it works.
