Today’s New Thing

Today I have been stressing out about what I was going to do as my new thing, I am just not having a good day. I was thinking and I thought I have red wine maybe my half bumming excuse for a new thing would be making a red wine vinegar as I have never done that before. I chopped up an apple and put the apple cider vinegar with the mother in then I opened up the bottle of wine and started pouring it in. I was all excited about making a red wine vinegar but turns out it was white so I was a little bummed out.

I thought I have never used store bought Apple cider vinegar for anything other then making vinegar, maybe my new thing would be making a vinaigrette out of it. I put the wine into the jar with the apple, I grabbed a lime from my fridge and made another vinegar. I was going to make a apple cider vinaigrette but decided I was a little bummed out and went and sat down to right this. After I am done writing this I think I will make coffee and the vinaigrette.

So today’s new Thing is being bummed out about my vinegars, I have been rather excited about them in the past but today is just a rough day.
