Why I take and post daily selfies

I told myself that it was to watch me change, but it is more than that. I saw someone else admitting they do it to fight insecurities. Someone else said it was to combat anxiety. Someone else said it was to battle dysphoria. What ever there reason, I hope it is working for them.

I had problems with transition Tuesday, until I saw a one year ago selfie and I could see how much I had changed in one year. I can not see a difference between my now picture and my pre coming out picture other than my hair. I could see a world of differences between the one year ago and my current picture, I could see a world of difference between my one year ago and my pre coming out but not my current and pre picture?

I am opening up to myself, I take daily selfies to: keep a progression trail. Battle dysphoria. Battle anxiety. Battle any other insecurities. It is working and I hope it always will.
